What the licence permits

Worldwide, perpetual, non-exclusive permission to create and commercially release one new song per licensed beat, subject to the agreed usage limits. One official music video is permitted. Audio streams are counted across platforms and include monetised and non-monetised plays. Upgrades replace the previous stream allowance and existing usage still counts; contact Silasbeats before reaching your limit.

Silasbeats Pty Ltd retains the original instrumental recording and 50% ownership of the underlying composition. Writer and publisher registrations must reflect the agreed split. Agree the collaborators’ split sheet before release and credit “Prod. by Silasbeats” wherever supported.

Ordinary song promotion, permitted releases and monetised social/background uses are allowed within the licence. Advertising, branded or sponsored placements, film/TV-programme sync, games, third-party sampling and sublicensing need separate written permission. Do not resell the standalone beat or stems or enrol the beat/resulting song in Content ID without written permission.

Your files and proof of purchase

After a completed order, Wix sends the confirmation and a secure download email. The ZIP contains the audio formats for your selected tier, Silasbeats-Licence.pdf and START-HERE.txt. The stems tier includes a separate stems ZIP inside the package. Keep your matching order confirmation with the licence: the order identifies the purchaser, beat and tier. Possession of a preview or licence PDF alone grants no rights.

Download links have an expiry date shown in the email. Save a backup. If a link expires, a licence is missing or files are incorrect or damaged, contact info@silasbeats.com with the order reference.

Refunds and delivery problems

Choose your beat and file formats carefully. Wrong, missing, corrupt or inaccessible files, duplicate charges and materially misdescribed products can be reported for correction or an appropriate remedy. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected. A completed checkout does not waive non-waivable rights.
